The Terminal Payment and Commerce Experience team is a key player in this mission, focusing on bringing in-person and online payments together through our Unified Commerce platform.

As an Engineering Manager on this team, you'll be responsible for driving the roadmap and priorities, working closely with stakeholders across the company to bring our vision to life.

This role requires strong technical leadership skills, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management across mobile, API, and backend development teams.

You'll need to have a deep understanding of how to build and manage scalable, resilient, and observable systems across the stack, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

We're looking for someone who can thrive in a collaborative environment, listening to and internalizing the best ideas from all over the organization while setting a clear vision for the team.

In return, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of C$208,600 - C$313,000 per year, plus benefits such as equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
