About the RoleThis is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of inspectors and ensure they meet departmental goals and targets
- Review and provide feedback on inspector reports to ensure accuracy and quality
- Mentor and train team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Conduct field inspections and assessments as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in engineering with P.Eng designation (or eligibility to obtain)
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
