As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at Paramount Commerce, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cloud-first strategies, automation, and streamlined IT processes to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.

  • Onboarding of new hires, including creating accounts, shipping out hardware, and ensuring they are operational on their first day.
  • End user support for macOS and Windows users.
  • Hardware support for physical assets such as servers, printers, switches, etc.
  • User account management in our corporate tools: Active Directory, Google Workspace, Okta, etc.
  • Endpoint configuration and management via MDM (Kandji, WS1) and EDR (Crowdstrike).
  • Management and maintenance of cloud resources in AWS and/or Azure.
  • Management and maintenance of network infrastructure (on-prem and cloud).
  • Work on the IT component of projects across the organization, including SSO configuration, integration setup, application onboarding, etc.

We are looking for someone with good working knowledge of:

  • Google Workspace administration.
  • Microsoft Entra ID (AAD) administration.
  • Cloud computing (Azure, AWS).
  • Okta SSO configuration/integration and user management.
  • User lifecycle management using a source of truth.
  • Security concepts, including but not limited to: MFA, public and private keys, disk encryption, SSL, email encryption, endpoint security, MDM/EDR.
  • Scripting and automation.
  • Network equipment.
  • TCP/IP networking: VLANs, subnets, VPN connections, WiFi, IP addressing.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, pivot to change, and find ways to be more efficient.

Our estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
