About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at 0482597 B.C. Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business, and develop strategies to capitalize on these findings.
  • Product Development: Work with our team to determine the products and services we will offer, and develop plans to implement and promote these offerings.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and drive business growth.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our financial performance.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff members to ensure we have the right talent and skills to meet our business needs.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure we are meeting our business objectives.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
