About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for business growth
    • Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
  • Brand Management
    • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging
    • Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a business development role
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
