Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at 0482597 B.C. Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Product and Service Development: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies to drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and plan budgets to monitor revenues and expenses.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure the team has the necessary skills and expertise.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience
Work Environment
