Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at AUTO DISTRICT INC.

Job Summary:

The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 32-34 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
