As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production of bread, pastries, and other baked goods to meet customer demand and quality standards.
  • Staff Management: Schedule and manage staff to ensure efficient production and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products and equipment to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a bakery or related field is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
