About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at FITOOR. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and ensuring that our bakery runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the preparation and baking of dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers and production staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
