Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Westforce Security Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure environment.
  • Monitor and report on security incidents and trends.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in security management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and leading security teams.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
