Job Summary

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and maintain the security of our clients' properties, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to ensure security personnel are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Investigate and report on security incidents, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and activities.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Security Guard License.
