As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in assisting businesses and industrial establishments with their solid waste needs by placing outgoing calls and handling incoming customer calls and questions in a professional, courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist outside sales representatives with appointment setting, customer tracking, and quotations.
  • Field emails and customer inquiries with a solutions-oriented attitude and display your ability to multitask.
  • Perform assigned tasks, which may include customer follow-ups, call-backs, email follow-ups, payment requests, and credit checks on new customers.
  • Be a positive advocate for the GFL Environmental image by fostering cooperation and collaboration with both internal and external customers.
