Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch service to our members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and set up gear for upcoming reservations, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Process transactions at the front of house POS, utilizing various software programs to efficiently manage sales and inventory.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of member-facing areas, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist with inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking and management of My Epic Gear and Retail products.
  • Communicate member requests with other departments as needed, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment.
  • Support the movement of gear to and from member services to slopeside locations and tune shops, ensuring efficient logistics and operations.

Requirements:

  • A keen willingness to learn new skills, adapt to changing situations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and administration abilities.
  • Able to stand for 8 hours, lift 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
