Executive Culinary Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Culinary Manager to join our team at en Ville Event Design & Catering. This is a permanent full-time position requiring 30 to 44 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Develop and implement new cooking techniques and introduce new equipment to the culinary staff.
- Supervise and lead activities of specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen personnel.
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals for guests and special functions.
- Source and requisition necessary food and kitchen supplies.
- Accommodate customers with dietary requirements and allergies by preparing suitable dishes.
- Train and develop staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a chef or similar role.
- Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work setting: Catering firm environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Compensation and BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
