We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Toronto, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences rooted in tradition and innovation.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will oversee kitchen operations, develop and execute menu offerings, lead and mentor staff, and collaborate with management to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume kitchen
  • A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Strong passion for culinary arts and innovation
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
