Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at MJ BYRNES IRISH PUB INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior kitchen leadership role
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
