We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Oliver Bonacini Cafe Grill - Blue Mountain. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a senior kitchen role
  • Proven track record of menu planning and preparation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
