Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Twin Star Cleaning Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Verify the accuracy of work and identify areas for improvement
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks, and review progress
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work on site and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
