Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

KORSMET INC. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of customer service representatives, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on customer service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with a minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30-35 hours per week.
