Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

KORSMET INC. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to supervise a team of customer service representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and providing guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
