Job Summary

KORSMET INC. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work
  • Identify workers' training needs
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition materials and supplies
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work

Requirements

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Working Conditions

  • 30 to 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
