Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

KORSMET INC. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on customer service metrics and team performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30-35 hours per week.
