Job Summary

KORSMET INC. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on customer service metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The work language is English.
