Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

KORSMET INC. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to supervise our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing team performance, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work
  • Identify workers' training needs
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work
  • Requisition materials and supplies
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
Supervision

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will supervise 1 to 2 people.
