Senior Business Development Manager

Partner Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As an Account Manager, Process Equipment, you will be responsible for managing all facets of client engagements, including existing and new clients. Your focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships, comprehensively understanding clients' business needs, and delivering optimal solutions. Additionally, you will be instrumental in defining sales and growth strategies, ensuring alignment with critical business objectives. Your role involves identifying opportunities, establishing and enhancing credibility with clients, and contributing to the growth of existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of existing accounts.
Efficiently manage, plan, negotiate, and successfully close deals.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, collaborating closely with the applications, engineering, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
Develop and foster strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
Contribute to the formulation of sales and growth strategies, aligning them with crucial business objectives.
Work with the marketing team to increase the company's presence in the industry.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or account management within a relevant industry.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly with engineering and design teams.
Customer-centric approach to sales, understanding what constitutes value to clients.
Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
