As the Senior Manager - Business Development at Wesco, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic research, analysis, and development of new business opportunities. You will work closely with sales and financial teams to create effective business plans that generate revenue, increase product lines, and expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Lead research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales and financial teams to create business plans and forecasts.
  • Manage a team of business development professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong business analysis, financial modeling, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
