Job Title: Real Estate Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Secretary to join our team at Master's Trust Realty Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, including records of client interactions and correspondence.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and key in correspondence, legal documents, and other materials as required.
  • Communication: Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, and other software applications as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a real estate or administrative role.
  • Skills: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
