Job Title: Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team at Supreeth Totani.

Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our real estate team.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, with ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
