Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Supreeth Totani. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Communication: Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
