Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Office Support Specialist to join our team at Yihan's Airbnb. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and messages from customers, providing clear and concise information to resolve their inquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents; manage incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically; and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • A minimum of 1 month of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctual and reliable attendance.
