About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our team at Digital Shift. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored client success strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions and meet client needs
  • Conduct regular strategy sessions and progress updates with clients to ensure alignment and success
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, concerns, and opportunities for growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional communication and service
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with CRM software and Google Docs or MS Office, particularly MS Excel
