We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to join our team at Charlie's Chopsticks Welland. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, building strong relationships and securing repeat business.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
