Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to join our team at Charlie's Chopsticks Welland.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including food and supplies
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including staff performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
