Restaurant Manager

Charlie's Chopsticks Welland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, building strong relationships and securing repeat business.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet their performance goals.
