Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to join our team at Charlie's Chopsticks Welland.
Job Summary:The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage ordering and receiving of supplies.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
