Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Charlie's Chopsticks Welland. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
