Customer Service Lead Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee our customer service operations.
This is a permanent position with 30-35 hours per week and work term as Work Term: Permanent.
Responsibilities- Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Prepare and submit reports
- Conduct performance reviews
- Fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail required
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Supervise 3-4 people
- Work Language: English
The estimated salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
