Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced customer service team lead to join our team at BITTS Testing Services Inc. This is a permanent position that requires 30-35 hours of work per week, and the ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.

About the Role

The customer service team lead will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. The role involves coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on customer interactions, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce response times.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A college or CEGEP diploma is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in using technology to manage customer interactions.
