**Team Lead for Customer Service Operations**

At Cardium Inc, we are seeking an experienced Team Lead to supervise and coordinate the activities of our customer service team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role and possess excellent communication skills. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for training new staff members, coordinating work schedules, and reviewing performance.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of customer service representatives
- Train new staff members on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Establish and review work schedules and procedures
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
