At Cardium Inc, we are seeking an experienced Team Lead to supervise and coordinate the activities of our customer service team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role and possess excellent communication skills. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for training new staff members, coordinating work schedules, and reviewing performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of customer service representatives
  • Train new staff members on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Establish and review work schedules and procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
