Customer Service Supervisor Lead

LI YANG INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to lead our customer service team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team. This includes coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and examining and verifying the accuracy of work. You will also identify workers' training needs, prepare and submit reports, and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. Additionally, you will conduct performance reviews, perform same duties as workers supervised, coordinate, assign, and review work, maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery. Furthermore, you will requisition materials and supplies.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role
- College/CEGEP education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
You will also need to have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and be accurate, reliable, and a team player.
