The Responsibilities of the Sales Consultant:

  • meeting prospects face-to-face to identify their needs and pain points
  • emphasizing the benefits of our product features to potential customers
  • maximizing the potential of assigned leads through follow-up systems
  • collecting customer IDs and personal information to process the sale
  • providing exceptional customer care and responding to negative feedback
  • striving for maximum customer satisfaction
  • attending weekly meetings and conference calls to stay updated on product knowledge
  • mastering sales and marketing techniques to achieve targets
