Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Coast Bastion Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent service standards and high-quality food preparation.
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer demands.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth, and provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and retention.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, client focus, and efficient communication.
