Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Culinary KnowledgeHave in-depth knowledge of various culinary genres, ensuring that our menu offerings are diverse and appealing to customers.
Personal SuitabilityExhibit excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a strong team player attitude, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
ExperienceMinimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of food service operations and management principles.
LanguageFluency in English is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Hours40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
