Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at WTC Burger Management Systems. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Food Service Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Quality Control
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Health care plan
- Permanent work term
- 40 hours per week
