Operational EfficiencyEvaluate and optimize daily operations to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Menu Planning and PricingModify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant's budget and target market.
Staff ManagementMonitor staff performance, provide coaching and training, and make decisions on staff scheduling and development.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain management.
Health and SafetyEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Marketing and EventsParticipate in marketing plans and implement operational procedures to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Requirements- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
