We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Territory Growth Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow sales of Lg Builder and Signature Kitchen Suite product lines within the assigned territory of BC and Alberta.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, designers, and builders
- Provide expert-level product training to store sales associates
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including sales growth and profitability
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in sales and marketing principles and practices
- Experience working in the Home Appliances industry, particularly in Builder Home Appliances and/or Luxury Appliances spaces
This is a home-based role with significant travel (50%) within the territory of BC and Alberta, with occasional travel to the US and Toronto.
