Position Overview:
We are seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant that can manage a territory. This candidate needs to be passionate about helping homeowners transform their spaces while also driving sales performance across our territory. This is a dual-role position that blends direct in-home flooring sales with sales management responsibilities to optimize market growth. What You'll Be Doing:
Sales & Customer Engagement:

- Conduct in-home consultations, guiding homeowners through their flooring options to find the best solutions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing sales opportunities.
- Handle both company-generated and self-generated leads, converting them into sales.
- Maintain a strong sense of ownership and accountability in meeting customer needs.

Territory Sales Management & Growth:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow B2B2C and B2C sales in the territory.
- Optimize lead follow-up and conversion processes to drive revenue growth.
- Build and manage relationships with referral partners, realtors, designers, contractors, and other potential business collaborators.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for expansion.

Leadership & Weekend Sales Support:

- Spend weekends running leads and ensuring sales operations run smoothly.
- Support and mentor other sales team members, ensuring their success.
- Participate in company events, trade shows, and community outreach efforts.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven Million-Dollar Sales Consultant with a track record of exceeding goals in in-home flooring sales or a similar industry.
- Experience in sales management or a leadership role within home improvement, flooring, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Growth-oriented, adaptable, and coachable mindset.
- High level of integrity, empathy, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver's license.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
- Uncapped Commission Potential ($100,000+ Total Earnings)
