Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at TR Education Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Direct and control daily office operations, including managing contracts and maintaining inventory
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials, and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and be organized
  • Team player with a client focus and quick learning skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment, with a 30 to 35 hour workweek.
