Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at North 67 Transport Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including record-keeping, scheduling, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Work setting: Trucking company
  • Technical terminology: Business
  • Area of specialization: Correspondence, Contracts, Invoices
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
