Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Advisor to join our Formats team. As a key member of our communications strategy, you will contribute to the development of our annual B2B communications plan, aligning with strategic objectives. You will work closely with our Senior Director of Business Development and Marketing - Formats to identify communication needs and implement tailored initiatives, evaluating results to ensure maximum impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B communication and marketing strategies in collaboration with Business Development Managers and the Brand Manager.
  • Create a wide range of marketing materials, including print and digital assets, to enhance the visibility and positioning of Formats initiatives.
  • Promote Formats and Moment Factory projects through strategic planning and execution.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for company spokespersons, ensuring consistent messaging across all communications channels.
  • Partner with the public relations team to develop and execute media relations plans.
  • Support the business development team in generating qualified leads.
  • Produce engaging content, such as Reels, to attract and retain customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in communications or public relations, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, marketing communications, and public relations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovative communication approaches.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Knowledge of the multimedia and entertainment industries outside of Quebec is a significant asset.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in common software and technological tools.
  • Adherence to the highest ethical standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
